On a high floor and accessible by elevator, you'll find your 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with an open-plan living area and and large outdoor private terrace.
The three bedrooms include a master en-suite with a king bed, a flexible room that can be set up with either two single beds or a king bed to suit your preference, and a comfortable single room. Each bedroom is equipped with individually controlled heating and cooling for personalized comfort. Additionally, the flexible and single rooms each feature their own private balconies.
Step outside and enjoy your spacious outdoor terrace. With comfortable couches, chairs, and a dining table, it's perfect for your morning coffee, alfresco meals, or simply relaxing after your day around Rome!

Location wise, you’re just a 5-minute bus ride or a leisurely 20-minute walk from the Vatican City and St Peter’s Basilica. The nearby bus routes or Ottaviano metro station, accessible by bus or foot, makes conveniently transports you to the old city centre. Otherwise it's a very scenic and pleasurable walk!

- For long term rentals (over 30 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be made available via email before arrival.
