On a high floor and accessible by elevator, you'll find your 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with an open-plan living area and and large outdoor private terrace.

The three bedrooms include a master en-suite with a king bed, a flexible room that can be set up with either two single beds or a king bed to suit your preference, and a comfortable single room. Each bedroom is equipped with individually controlled heating and cooling for personalized comfort. Additionally, the flexible and single rooms each feature their own private balconies.

Step outside and enjoy your spacious outdoor terrace. With comfortable couches, chairs, and a dining table, it's perfect for your morning coffee, alfresco meals, or simply relaxing after your day around Rome!

Around the home, you’ll have everything at your convenience such as supermarkets, wine shops, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants. And for sports enthusiasts or concert-goers, the Foro Italico and Stadio Olimpico are just a 10-minute walk away, offering events all year round.

Location wise, you’re just a 5-minute bus ride or a leisurely 20-minute walk from the iconic Vatican City. The nearby bus routes or Ottaviano metro station, accessible by bus or foot, makes conveniently transports you to the old city centre. Otherwise it's a very scenic and pleasurable walk!

Please note the following:

- Upon request, for an additional fee, there is the possibility of early check-in, late check-out and extra cleaning. 

- Guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities. 

- Upon request, stays longer than 30 days can be considered. For approved long term rentals (over 30 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be made available via email before arrival.
